What does copyright protect?
Copyright, a form of intellectual property law, protects original works of authorship including literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, such as poetry, novels, movies, songs, computer software, and architecture. Copyright does not protect facts, ideas, systems, or methods of operation, although it may protect the way these things are expressed.

Whats PLAGIARISM and COPYRIGHT?
Plagiarism
Writing work by someone else copied and used as your own

Common Forms of Plagiarism:
Using another persons writing from a previous semester and calling it your own.
Having someone else do your work, for free or for hire. Agreeing to do someone else's work is equally wrong.
